When I released my sixth Evil Inc graphic novel last year, I distinctly remember doing the first Artist Edition and thinking: “Hey, I’ll bet some of my more fervent fans would pay extra to have the first Artist Edition of the new book. Next time I release a new graphic novel, I think I’ll put it on eBay and offer it auction-style to the highest bidder.”
