Several years ago, I wrote a step-by-step tutorial that explained how to send mass e-mails from a spreadsheet. It used Amit Agarwal’s script that worked between Google Docs and GMail to deliver e-mail to everyone on the spreadsheet — even including spreadsheet cells like First name and Last Name in the body of the e-mail.
