Q.: I understand a bit about copyright infringement, but I’m not clear about the rules regarding a reference.

There’s a PVP collection called “PVP Reloaded” that features some Matrix-esque imagery; obviously this is fine, but at what point does a reference cross the line?

Paypal updates user agreement

Paypal is releasing an update to their user agreement that impacts how you can solve any problems that arise between you and Paypal. In short, the new User Agreement will remove your ability to take PayPal to court if there are any problems between you. Going forward, all conflicts will be handled by arbitration.
