I stumbled across this, and I wanted to share it with all of you. It’s a webcomic that created for the sole purpose of raising funds for a charity.
It’s called Starthrower in Haiti, and it’s the story of Sharon Gaskell, founder of the Starthrower organization, a Canadian-registered charity that raises and distributes funds to sponsor young Haitian adults who wish to complete their education and/or apprenticeships so that they can move into the workforce and out of poverty. The comic talks about Gaskell’s work in Haiti.
